Summer brings joy, brightness, and a playful, adventurous spirit. It’s a time of fiery yang energy, with hot, active days perfect for starting new projects, enjoying outdoor activities, and embracing social gatherings. Yet, too much of this intense yang energy can leave us feeling depleted - like being dried out or overheated. It can bring on issues like headaches, dehydration, fevers, and irritability.
