Sneak Peek: Spring ‘Healing’

It is always fun to share a couple of the unique and inspiring products that will be included in each seasonal box .. and here are TWO of our very special items inside the :

Spring ‘Healing’ Meditation Box ….

’Healing’ Essential Oil Roller

I was so thrilled to find these gorgeous ‘Healing’ Essential Oil Rollers which offer some gentle healing through aroma-therapy!!

This essential oil roller has an Adventure rollerball and tiny Adventurine crystals inside, a crystal believed to support emotional balance and courage.

The essential oils are a soothing and relaxing blend of:

Mandarin - commonly used to ease feelings associated with stress and nervousness

Lavender - is one of the most popular versatile essential oils used as an oil that promotes relaxation and has clinical research supporting its uses as an aid for stress, anxiety, and depression

Marjoram - helps tight muscles to relax, and its calming scent is great for preparing our minds for a good sleep

Myrrh - a sedative scent known to lift negative moods, promote the feeling of being grounded and encourage the feeling of spiritual awakening.

Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils to enhance physical and emotional health and wellness - and the sense of smell can also be a powerful anchor and gateway to meditation.

Sneak Peek #2 is this gorgeous Incense Holder .. which I tend to call the ‘upside down incense holder’! My daughter gave me this beautiful gift for Mothers Day and I have loved watching the smoke dancing up the stick .. mesmerising!!

The metal holder sits in an earthy wooden bowl/tray to catch the ash.
