Spring is ‘Healing’

Meditation can result in many forms of healing - emotional, spiritual, and even physical.

There are now thousands of studies validating the benefits of a regular meditation practice.

Regular practice, not just occasional meditation, is shown to be essential for experiencing the longer-term (researched) benefits.

The two most common reasons that people meditate, are to reduce (or self-manage) stress and to achieve a calmer and more balanced approach to daily life. Meditation is the ideal medicine!

🗃️ the theme for our Spring Meditation Box - HEALING.

Our gentle focus this Spring will be on meditation practices that will help you experience some of meditation’s healing benefits.

WHITE LIGHT MEDITATION

And one of my long-time favourite healing meditations is the White Light Visualisation.

I have embraced this practice many times over the years, I’ve shared it with others, and taught my child - but interestingly it is really the only Visualisation meditation that I have in my life toolbox.

Visualisation meditation has not really been a part of my journey, and I’m always in awe of those people who really ‘see’ in their mind .. me, I drift off or find myself mentally arguing about the image being shared!

BUT .. not with THIS meditation!

I will be recording the White Light Healing Meditation for the Spring Meditation Box .. and hope that you experience this BIG MEDICINE too!

Cultivating a deeper awareness and understanding of the seasonal changes unfolding in our external environment can help us understand their influence on our internal world .. our energy, mood, attitudes, beliefs, thoughts, and choices. The changing seasons can also inspire and inform our meditation, mindfulness and daily rituals so that we can balance and harmonise our inner and outer worlds.
