  • Boxes are seasonal and orders close the 30th of the month prior. Then all subscriptions ship at the same time – on or around the 6th of the first month of the new season – ending up at your door usually within 7-10 days.

  • No contract. You can cancel at any time. However, please note that if you are on a 3 box or 5 box subscription plan you have committed to pay for that full period of the subscription. But if you need to pause your subscription at any time please just let us know.

  • If you are on the Season to Season plan, then you can cancel anytime. If you agreed to a Yearly (5 box) or Three Box (x3) subscription then you have committed to stay for the full period. We do not do refunds on already sent boxes. To cancel your subscription, just log into your account.

  • Currently our subscription box is only available in Australia. If you really really wish to have one of our boxes sent elsewhere in the world please contact us and we shall see if we can assist (we find that shipping costs are usually too high). But we can try our best!

  • Yes of course! Simply add a gift subscription to your cart, select the length of their subscription and make sure that you correctly enter YOUR billing address, but THEIR shipping address.

  • Each box will hold a mindfully selected group of products and experiences, and a Box Guide which outlines what is in your box and suggestions for incorporating the items into your practice. There will also be a private Facebook Group .. and a growing Online Learning Hub. *Listen to your senses, and your heart .. I believe you will find what you need!

  • We try our very best to package all items with the utmost care and love, but if something does arrived damaged please reach out and we shall try to rectify the issue. Please note that sometimes we are unable to replace like for like .. as products are often unique and sourced for the exact number of orders each season. But we will do out best.

  • We love every item carefully selected for The Meditation Box .. and we will include details of the artisan along with contact details so you can find and follow them. If we do have any stock remaining after each box, we shall add them to an upcoming ‘limited offer’ online store. Stay tuned .. the technology for this may take a little longer to organise.
